Target Applications are cloud-based applications, resources, and services that K-12 users can access through the NCEdCloud RapidIdentity Portal to support their educational needs. NCEdCloud enables Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to log in once and seamlessly access multiple integrated applications. You can start the SSO integrations process by submitting this form, please note: Only users with the NCEdCloud LEA Administrator role will have access to submit this opt-out form.
PSU CODE (Required): 3-digit PSU Code of the PSU requesting the Application/Vendor for.
REQUEST TYPE (Required)(Dropdown):
Selection: If you'd like to Opt-In to add SSO to an Application/Vendor for your PSU, please select this option.
Removal: If you no longer use an application that you've previously integrated (e.g. didn't renew a contract), please select this option.
Suggestion: If you’d like to recommend an application that does not appear in the Target Application dropdown for integration, please select this option.
TARGET APPLICATION (Required)(Dropdown): This dropdown list all currently supported and/or previously integrated Applications/Vendors. If your Application/Vendor is not listed, please select Other.
SUGGEST A VENDOR/APPLICATION (Optional): Use this field to input a Application/Vendor that is currently not listed in the TARGET APPLICATION dropdown.
CONTACT PHONE NUMBER (Required): Please provide a contact phone number. In the event we are not able to contact you via email regarding your Target Application Request we may use this phone number as an alternative communication method.
REQUEST COMMENTS (Optional): Not required, An Identity Automation team member will be in contact with you to address any questions or concerns you may have.

What if I can't see the "Target Application Request" in the catalog?
You will need to have the LEA Administrator Role in order to access this request. More information on requesting Privileged Roles can be found here: Privileged Roles Info
What if my vendor/application is not listed in the "TARGET APPLICATION" field dropdown?
If your vendor/application is not listed in the Target Application dropdown you can suggest a new vendor/application for integration with NCEdCloud. Start by selecting the 'Suggestion' option in REQUEST TYPE dropdown, then select 'Other' in the TARGET APPLICATION dropdown followed by inputting the vendor/application name in the SUGGEST A VENDOR/APPLICATION input field
What happens after I submit the "TARGET APPLICATION" form?
After submitting the “Target Application" form you will be emailed a copy of the form to your NCEdCloud email address. A ticket will then be generated and an Identity Automation team member will reach out to follow up on your request. In the event your NCEdCloud email address is incorrect we may use the phone number entered in this form to contact you. If you haven't been contacted by an Identity Automation team member withing 24 hours please submit a support ticket with Identity Automation by using the support portal (How to submit support ticket) or by email to support@identityautomation.com
