      What do I do if I forgot my password?

      This video demonstrates how to reset your own password through the NCEdCloud IAM service if you forgot it. Note that this training requires you to have logged into NCEdCloud at least once, at which time you would have been required to provide responses to your challenge questions.

      • Click on the Password Reset button in the login screen
      • Enter your username and answer the ReCaptcha challenge. Click Next.
      • Enter your username in the Username text field
      • Click on the "Forgot Password?" link under the Password text field

      • Answer one or more of your challenge questions.
      • Choose a new password that meets the password complexity requirements in the instructions. Type your password into the first text box. Confirm your password in the second text box.
      • If the new password meets the password requirements and the passwords match between the first and second field, the Next button will become available. 
      • Click Next.
      • Answer one or more of your challenge questions
      • Type your new password into the first text field. The criteria under "Your new password MUST be" will turn green as your password meets each one.
      • Type your new password into the second text field. If the passwords do not match between the two text fields, or if you have used the password previously, you will receive an error message when you click Go.
      •  If all password requirements have been met, clicking Go will take you to a confirmation page with the message, “Your password has been successfully changed.”
