# Staff: How do I claim my account?

This video demonstrates the Claim My Account process for staff users in the NCEdCloud IAM service.

## Walkthrough:

1. Visit the NCEdCloud IAM service at [my.ncedcloud.org](http://my.ncedcloud.org)
2. Click the Claim My Account button on the login screen

8. After successfully claiming your account, you may be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) upon your next login. For more information on setting up MFA, click [HERE](/v1/docs/getting-started-with-totp)
